Ferrari Unveils KC23
The KC23 boasts active aerodynamics, eliminating the need for traditional aerodynamic attachments. Panels behind the front wheel arches extend to generate downforce, and a rear panel provides the right amount of intake air to various engine components. For extreme track driving, front vents open, and a fixed wing can be manually attached at the rear. The car also uses 18-inch wheels for track use and 21-inch and 22-inch wheels for display purposes.
The design includes butterfly doors similar to the LaFerrari’s, seamlessly integrated glass surfaces without visible pillars or frames, and a distinctive four-layer aluminum finish called Gold Mercury.
Under the hood, the KC23 retains the powerful twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V-8 engine from the 488 GT3 Evo, producing 591 hp and sending power to the rear wheels through a sequential transmission.

Ferrari will showcase the KC23 at the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed, an event held in the UK. The Special Projects program caters to loyal customers, offering one-off cars and low-volume models like the Icona Series’ Daytona SP3 and Monza speedsters. The creation process, involving close customer collaboration, typically takes around two years.
